Euphrosyne is a complex of five identical three-storey maisonettes, each featuring its own private swimming pool.
Every maisonette accommodates up to 5 guests, while residents can also enjoy two shared jacuzzis within the complex, adding an extra touch of relaxation.

The ground floor of each Euphrosyne house features a spacious lounge and dining area, complemented by an open-plan staircase and a guest WC.
The living area includes a comfortable three-seater sofa bed, a dining table, and a 40’’ Smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning , while a reliable Wi-Fi connection is provided free of charge.
The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with everything needed for dining in, including an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, espresso coffee machine, and dishwasher.

On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, and access to a private balcony. This level also includes a modern full bathroom with a bathtub, hairdryer, and washing machine.
The attic level offers a second open-plan bedroom with two single beds, a sofa that easily converts into a bed, and fitted wardrobes, along with a full bathroom. This bedroom opens onto its own private terrace, providing a quiet and relaxing space.
At the front of the house, there is a private swimming pool with an outdoor seating area, perfectly positioned facing the two shared jacuzzis.
