OUR POLICIES

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Standard check-in time is between 14:00 -20:00, and standard check-out time ends at 10:00 am.

Different check-in or check-out time cannot be guaranteed, is subject to availability and may have an extra fee.

For late arrivals, please inform before arrival day. A charge may apply if the required check-in time requires us to keep the room empty on the previous day. GUEST will be charged for a whole day, if departure is after 16:00 in the afternoon.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable Security Deposit of 250 euros must be paid in cash at check-in. 

Security Deposit is fully refundable at check-out, if there are no breakages, equipment failure or other incident caused by the GUEST during his stay.

RESERVATION & BOOKING CONFIRMATION POLICY

To make a reservation, please send an email to threegraceszante@gmail.com with the following information:

1.            The GUEST’ s full name and mobile number

2.            The name of the house/ apartment you are interested in

3.            The dates you wish to stay

4.            The total number of people coming

 

Once we have received this information we will email you an Availability Confirmation, with payment details.

 

Confirmation for Bookings up to 28 consecutive nights

To Confirm Booking, a bank deposit equal to the 100% of the total cost of the stay is must, within 2 days of Availability Confirmation. Otherwise your reservation is canceled.

 

Confirmation for Bookings more than 28 consecutive nights

To Confirm Booking, a bank deposit equal to the 100% of the cost of the stay for the first 28 nights is must, within 2 days of Availability Confirmation. Otherwise your reservation is canceled.

For the rest of the stay, the GUEST will pay the HOST in cash, the first day of every 28 days period.

For bookings longer than 28 consecutive nights, the GUEST may have to sign a Short Time Rental Agreement with the HOST.

 

CHANGE OF RESERVATION

Change of reservation is subject to availability and may not be possible.

In the event of a change of reservation, there is a handling charge of EUR 10 per reservation. Depending on the new dates, the cost of your reservation may be higher than the original one. If you wish to make the change, you will also have to pay for this difference.

If you agree to the above-mentioned costs, a bank deposit of these costs is must within 2 days, otherwise your booking is canceled, and cancellation fees apply.

Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservation (deposit taken).

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings require a written cancellation notice (email: threegraceszante@gmail.com).

Bookings made within 30 days of arrival, are 100% binding as of the day following the date of the reservation. Any changes or cancellations will be charged with 100%.

A 50 % refund will be made for cancellations received 31 days before date of arrival. No refund thereafter.

NON-ARRIVAL (NO SHOW)

If you fail to arrive on the arrival date, the entire booking will be cancelled automatically, and no refund will be issued.

If you fail to check in on the arrival date and you still want to stay at our apartments, please contact us within the arrival date, so that we can keep the reservation for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled, and no refund will be issued. In such a case, you can use only the rest of the dates of the original booking, no change or cancellation is accepted.

SHORTEN STAY (EARLY DEPARTURE)

For Bookings up to 28 consecutive nights

In case of early departure, the whole cost of the unused period is charged, and no refund will be issued.

 

For Bookings of more than 28 consecutive nights

In case of early departure, a new checkout date must first be agreed online with the HOST. The GUEST must pay the HOST for the 28 days following the date of cancellation, or if less than 28 days remain, through the end of the original reservation end date.

RATES CHARGES AND PAYMENTS

All payments are to be done in Euros, by bank transfer (advance payment), or in cash (check-in).

All prices are quoted in Euros, per room and per night.

You agree that you will pay to us the room rate for each day of your stay and any additional charges that apply to your reservation.

Prices are subject to availability and can change without notification due to fluctuations in charges and currency.

Seasonal prices or prices for special event periods may apply.

The "from" rates displayed on the website are indicative rates only, are subject to availability & terms and conditions apply. Please select dates and check availability to get the most up to date pricing.​​

 

OCCUPANCY

Normal occupancy is two people per apartment. Additional person (if apartment size permits) is extra chargeable. The number of people should be indicated in the reservation request, and this number cannot be exceeded.

Maximum number of GUESTs to each house/ apartment, is the one mentioned in our web site.

OBLIGATION TO SUBMIT PERSONAL DATA

GUEST is obliged during check-in, to show his passport or ID card, and fill in a Registration Form with personal information, that HOST need for Tax Authorities.

Refusal to submit one’s personal data or submission of false personal data, results in booking cancelation.

The HOST reassures that personal information will be treated with confidentiality and respect, and just for the reasons described above.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SWIMMING POOL USE

  • Guests are required to use the pool and jacuzzi facilities in a proper and reasonable manner.

  • For safety and security reasons guests must not admit persons outside of their group to the pool at any time.

  • Guest swim at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.

  • Persons under 16 years of age are permitted to use the facilities only when accompanied by an adult who shall be responsible for that person’s conduct at all times.

  • People with medical contraindication and diseases dangerous to others, and persons wearing plasters or bandage are not allowed to use the Pool or the Jacuzzi.

  • No jewellery to be worn.

  • No large inflatable toys, masks, snorkels, flippers, or beach balls to be used in the pool.

  • The jet stream must not be used by young children or non-swimmers.

  • Users are required to wear bathing suit.

  • In the event that a piece of equipment is broken and/or faulty it should not be used, and the fault reported to the management.

  • Three Graces accepts no liability for any illness or injury resulting from overexertion of or any precipitation of any medical condition caused by the use of the Pool or the Jacuzzi.

  • CCTV is installed in the area for safety and security.

 

  • It is strictly forbidden to:

    • jump to water or diving

    • bring, drink, use and be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants

    • bring and eat food or chewing gums

    • bring any glass objects of any kind and hot drinks

    • smoke tobacco products or use e-cigarettes

    • have an unruly behavior such as running on the side of the pool, diving in from the poolside or steps, ducking, acrobatics in the water or shouting and screaming

 

  • Children in the Pool:

    • Children under 16 years must be accompanied by a competent adult swimmer in the water with them at all times. Maximum ratio: two children per adult

    • Infants 6 months or under are not permitted in the water.

    • Infants must wear aqua nappies. Never allow a child with diarrhea to swim.

    • Always encourage children to use the toilet and shower before they swim.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Pets are not allowed in any of the houses or the apartments of THREE GRACES

  2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all THREE GRACES' houses and all apartments

  3. Respect the quite hours (14:00 – 17:30 and midnight to 7:00 am)

  4. No parties, events or invite other people to stay over is allowed

  5. Scooters and motorbikes of all kind, should park at the outside parking and are strictly forbidden to enter the Three Graces Holiday House Complex.

  6. Breakages, equipment failure or other incident, are to be reported to Three Graces Personnel immediately. For any damage caused to Three Graces' facilities, including furniture and other goods during apartment occupancy, the GUEST may be liable to pay the cost of repairs or replacement.

  7. You must empty the fridge and carry empty bottles, garbage, or other food staff, out to a waste collection point.

  8.  If you have moved furniture, please put them in their original places.

  9. The HOST has no responsibility of any loss of GUESTS' personal belongings.

  • FACILITIES AND SERVICES

Whilst care is taken to ensure that the description of our facilities and services is accurate, these are continually being changed, upgraded, and on occasion taken out of service. If any feature or facility is essential to the lessee in choosing a particular apartment, it is his responsibility to confirm with the HOST prior to making the reservation, that the feature or facility will be available during his stay. To the extent permitted by law, the HOST is not liable for omissions, errors, or changes to the facilities at an apartment, whether temporary or permanent.

 

  • BOOKING INTERRUPTION RELATED TO DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR 

If the GUEST's behavior does not conform to the general rules established at THREE GRACES HOUSES or the instructions handed out by the HOST, and if, despite the notifications or warnings of the HOST, the GUEST does not stop disturbing the order and safety at the house/ apartment he rented or at the block of houses this is located and at its surroundings, the HOST has the right to immediately cease to provide the GUEST with the accommodation services. All actual expenses caused by the aforementioned measures are paid for by the GUEST.

 

  • THE HOST’s RIGHT TO CANCEL A BOOKING 

The HOST is not responsible for booking cancellation related to force majeure circumstances. In this case the GUEST has the right to receive the prepaid cost of accommodation. The HOST’s responsibility is limited only to refund of the received amount, and it does not bear liability to compensate for other expenses or anything else. In case of force majeure, if possible, the HOST can offer to exchange the booking for another accommodation type as an option.

At any time, the HOST has the right to change its content and terms of this agreement informing the GUEST through the website. The change takes effect immediately, but for the GUEST the terms that existed at the moment of booking stay in effect.

  • USE OF INFORMATION

The GUEST agrees that the HOST may use his email address to send information and offers on Three Graces Holiday Houses.

  • For these POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS, THREE GRACES is mentioned as the HOST or WE, and Customer, is mentioned as the GUEST or You.

 

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the Greek Law. The Law Courts of Zakynthos Greece, are the only responsible for any dispute.
